The CADI Grind Ball own outstanding advantage over ordinary Chrome Ball and Forged Ball as below ,
- CADI ball hardness maintain a certain level, due to the work hardening mechanism of Austenite .
- CADI ball is not easy to break, due to its high Impact Energy .
- CADI ball is not easy to deform ( out-of-round ), due to its uniform surface hardness.
- CADI ball density is about 8% lighter than other conventional ball, and result in a lower electricity consume .
- CADI ball service life is 2.5 ~ 3 times of low chrome ball, 1.3 ~ 1.5 times of high chrome ball, and 2 times of forging ball.
- CADI ball, can achieve a grinding cost reduction up to 20 ~ 30 % .
